Location Overview
SPEAR at the Plaza is located on the lower level of the Plaza Hotel, a long-standing premier NYC establishment at the apex of the city’s tourism offerings: world-class shopping, theatre and beautiful Central Park are mere seconds away. The clinic’s predominantly high-end clientele benefit from its unique partnership with La Palestra, fusing the principles of physical rehabilitation with the means to achieve a healthy, active life.
SPEAR at the Plaza can be found in the Food Court of the Plaza Hotel. You may enter through our 59th St. entrance, “Todd English Food Hall”. Take the escalators down and make a left. Then, follow signs for “La Palestra”. We are located inside of the La Palestra gym.
