Eli Lamberson, PT, DPT, CSCS
Eli Lamberson grew up in Ohio and graduated with honors from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Eli went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston.
Throughout graduate school, Eli had the opportunity to gain clinical experience in a number of different physical therapy settings. Eli worked in outpatient orthopedics with individuals recovering from sports-related injuries. Eli also completed a clinical affiliation at the renowned Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, helping treat individuals with neurological disorders, including spinal cord injuries, strokes, and Parkinson’s disease. He also spent time working in the Intensive Care Unit at Framingham Union Hospital, helping patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary diseases. In his spare time, Eli worked as a strength coach/group fitness instructor at a private gym in Boston.
Prior to working at SPEAR in Park Slope, Eli was working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Eli has developed a passion for working with individuals recovering from knee, hip and shoulder surgeries. Additionally, Eli has become very interested in working with individuals recovering from concussions.
Outside of work, Eli loves to play basketball, rock climb, cook delicious food, read, and spend time outdoors hiking and camping. He also enjoys eating out at restaurants and bars, and looks forward to exploring all of the delicious, diverse food and culture that NYC has to offer!
