Josh earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Prior to receiving his Doctorate, Josh obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Manhattan College, where he graduated with honors. During his studies at Manhattan College, Joshua conducted research on blood flow restriction training, and was invited to present his findings at the American College of Sports Medicine.
Throughout his clinical rotations, Josh gained extensive experience in orthopedic, geriatric, and sports rehabilitation. While completing his clinical rotations at Hospital for Special Surgery, Josh gained extensive training on joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and various orthopedic surgical treatments. Having been a high school track and field athlete, Josh is very passionate in gaining experience in sports rehabilitation for runners and strength athletes. Josh completed his last rotation at a clinic specializing in optimizing runner’s performance and rehabilitation of running related injuries. Josh enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds and conditions, including geriatrics and post-operative, and help them achieve their goals.
When he is not in the clinic, Josh enjoys strength training, running, hiking, and photography. Josh is currently planning to pursue his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and start Olympic weightlifting as a personal hobby.
