Rebecca Arkin, OTD, OTR/L




Rebecca earned her Doctorate and Masters of Occupational Therapy from New York University after receiving her Bachelors of Science in Behavior and Health, graduating magna cum laude, from Boston University. She has a passion for women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation that led her to focus her doctoral studies on chronic pelvic pain and earn her Pelvic Floor 1 Certification through Herman and Wallace.
As an occupational therapist, Rebecca is dedicated to facilitating her clients return to meaningful activities. She has clinical experience in outpatient settings treating a variety of upper extremity conditions. Rebecca also has experience treating patients who have had a stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic trauma. Aiming to incorporate complementary and alternative methods, Rebecca has completed her 200 hour yoga training and hopes to help patients connect to their bodies and improve their quality of life.
Rebecca lives an active life and prioritizes both physical and mental wellness. She enjoys meditating, practicing yoga, and running. When not in the clinic, Rebecca can be found exploring New York City by foot.
