Rob earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to attending Marymount, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. His clinical experience is primarily in joint replacement rehabilitation and other orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, and worker’s compensation. Rob also has experience at skilled nursing and long term assisted living facilities, pediatric special needs rehabilitation, and the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC.

Since receiving his personal training certification in 2012, Rob has had a passion for the musculoskeletal system and teaching others how to properly rehabilitate, progress, and prevent injury. Rob believes  first and foremost in patient education, teaching his patients to have a strong understanding of what is going on with their own body, allowing for better treatment and more promising outcomes. Rob caters his treatment plan to the individual’s needs and goals, with an emphasis on exercise progression and pain management. Rob plans to progress his knowledge base through continuing education opportunities, with an emphasis on training athletes, both professional and recreational.

Rob was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, right on the other side of the George Washington Bridge. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family (especially his pugs, Lola and Arnold), hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, weight training, playing video games, and most of all, watching football. Rob is a die-hard fan of the Baltimore Ravens and has written several guest articles for Russell Street Report, an online Ravens publication. Rob considers himself a movie buff and loves a good steak dinner.
